March 2010- The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) awards EASTCO a five-year Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) contract (GS-21F-0129W) in the amount of $44,500,000 under its 03FAC Schedule for Facilities Maintenance and Management. This five-year contract is renewable with three additional five-year options.
February 2009- EASTCO begins providing janitorial and related cleaning services for the Educational Service Center (ECS) at its satellite offices and main facility in Edinburg, Texas.
June 2008- EASTCO is sponsored by the Texas Facilities Commission (TFC) to enter into a Mentor-Protégé Arrangement with TCMS, Inc., a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Business, under which EASTCO is to provide professional guidance and support.
July 2007- EASTCO is awarded a five-year contract by the U.S. General Services Administration to provide Building Operations & Maintenance Services at the Federal Facilities in Del Rio and Eagle Pass, Texas
June 2007- EASTCO is awarded a five-year contract by the U.S. General Services Administration to provide Full Facilities Maintenance Services at the U.S. Courthouse and Border Stations serving El Paso, Texas and New Mexico.
March 2007- EASTCO is awarded a contract under the Federal Supply Schedule (FSS) by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) to provide HVAC Operations & Maintenance (O&M), Architectural & Structural Repairs, and Elevator Maintenance services at the IRS Philadelphia Service Center in Pennsylvania.
October 2006- EASTCO is awarded a five-year contract by the U.S. General Services Administration to provide Full Facilities Maintenance Services at the Ports of Entry in McAllen, Pharr & Roma, Texas
September 2006- EASTCO begins providing Building Operations & Maintenance Services to the U.S. General Services Administration at the Federal Building & U.S. Courthouse, Federal Parking Facility, and the National Archives & Records Center in Dayton, Ohio..
June 2006- EASTCO commences operations at the GSA Federal Center in St. Louis, Missouri by providing janitorial and related cleaning services at this 1.7 million square foot facility.
May 2006 - EASTCO commences total plant engineering and maintenance at the Cohalan Courthouse complex after providing similar services under a Full Maintenance Agreement with the Suffolk County (New York) Department of Public Works (DPW) since 1998.

2005- EASTCO is awarded a Federal Supply Schedule (FSS) Contract by the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) to provide facility maintenance and management services. This five-year contract is renewable with three additional five-year options.
September 2004- EASTCO is awarded a five-year contract with the State of New Jersey to provide janitorial services to the Statehouse & Museum Complex located in Trenton. This is the oldest statehouse in continuous use in the United States.
June 2004- EASTCO is awarded a five-year contract by the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) to provide Full Facilities Maintenance Services at the Veterans Affairs Automation Center and the Treasury’s Financial Center in Austin Texas. The Federal Building & U.S. Courthouse in Waco, Texas is added to the contract in 2008.
